How do you interpret to receive? Sometimes our understanding of what receiving means can get in the way of our experience of the Reconnective Healing frequencies. More often, we tend to interpret to receive as synonymous with to take, which can trigger in us doubts about worthiness in ourselves and others. Receivership in RH behaves similarly to Bluetooth pairing. The signal brought in via the frequencies pair up with our antenna. Our role as receivers requires no methodology, steps, or procedures on our part, nor do we need to qualify ourselves as worthy of receiving or not. In Reconnective Healing we can be fully ourselves. We don’t need to come with expectations or heal with intention. When I sense that I have what we call negative feelings, I invite them in. Whatever they might show themselves as, bad energy, bad mood, or bad feelings, I see it as a challenge and keep asking myself how much worse it can get and how much more discomfort I can feel in this very moment. By asking to bring it all in, to bring it on, and to see if I can be angrier, the negative feelings dissolve quickly. It turns out, inviting it in doesn’t accelerate the negative feelings, in ...fact, it does the opposite and often makes me laugh. Why? Because most of the time, our negative feelings are accelerated by our attempt to resist it. We so often want to think through things or reframe them to solve them, but that rarely brings the relief we seek and often pulls us deeper into the state we don’t want to be in. It may seem counterintuitive to our human minds, but the RH frequencies bypass our thinking mind. The bypassing of that aspect, our emotional intelligence and our thinking, lets the RH intelligence interact and change our state without us actively adding to it.
