One of Gesell Psychotherapy’s clinicians has written a children’s book attachment and it’s available for pre-order now! It will be available to read next month - March 2021! So many things inspired me to write a children’s book. I drew inspiration from my work as a therapist, my interest in the science of attachment and bonding, and being an advocate for diversity and inclusion. That all combined - as well as the in-betweens, including my fondness for my sweet dog, Scot...ch - inspired my debut children’s book . promotes diversity and emotional connection, which helps children develop a secure attachment with their caregiver that essentially aids in their growth to becoming compassionate and resilient individuals. Available now for pre-order on Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and Books-A-Million; release date is on March 2nd. Visit michellelopezclark.com for more information or click the link in my bio. Feel free to share how much your kids and family enjoy by writing a review! Photo by @wallisphoto

Remember, to keep hope! It is a good thing! I know you’re struggling and it’s an overwhelming and frightening time. I understand that you’re tired and often just want to give up. Yet, please persist. Keep hope! There is good to come. No feeling is final. No season is permanent. Wishing you courage and hope!
