During this time, I wanted to share a recommendation from the International Society of Orthomolecular Medicine ...(ISOM) that I came across: The ISOM recommends the following supplements to prevent or minimize symptoms of a COVID-19 infection: 1. Vitamin C 3 g daily (or more) 2. Vitamin D3 2,000 IU daily* 3. Zinc 20 mg daily 4. Selenium 100 mcg daily 5. Magnesium 400 mg daily *Stat with 5,000 IU/day for two weeks, then reduce to 2,000. I hope this helps! I know many people also are taking Airborne supplements, but they are difficult to find in the stores or online. Also helpful is to stay fit, more on that next time.
