Today’s Equity Level Engineering Assessment: New 7-Story apartment building in Downtown Long Beach, CA (can’t disclose much). Great amenities and Units. Nice view of Long Beach area.

Today’s Engineering and Phase I ESA assessments: The Veterans Administration Facility in San Diego California. I couldn’t have been more honored to be in this facility this week that we celebrate Veterans Day. Thank you to all Veterans for your Service, specially, the ones in our Family!! We are so very proud and thankful for your Service!!

Today’s Equity Level Engineering Assessment: New 38-Story apartment building in Downtown Los Angeles. The structure and systems at this building are top of the line (can’t disclose much). The amenities are incomparable. Check out the views from the mechanical penthouse. Too bad it was an hazy day in Los Angeles.

January 15, 2020: Today’s Engineering and Environmental Assessments: Downtown Los Angeles, Multi-family building with 53-stories and 498 units as well as 18,000 SF of amenities and a 20,000+ SF penthouse/event venue space. Helipad and Amazing Views of All of Los Angeles. You can even see Long Beach from the rooftop, as you can see.

9:00 AM Friday morning in Temecula, foggy and all and I’m already completed a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment for this facility!! Happy Friday consultants!!!
