Incredible Rhinoplasty transformation A Rhinoplasty (nose surgery) can be open or closed depending on where the incision is made. During a closed procedure, the incision is hidden inside the nose. In an open procedure, an incision is made on the narrow strip of tissue between the nostrils. After making an incision, I can then reshape or resize the nose.
