Not gonna lie, it was tough to wake up early this morning and drive an hour to this event....but I knew that the second I stepped through the door I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else! Volunteering gives back to your community and betters the lives of those around you but also has wonderful health benefits such as decreasing depression and anxiety, as well as instilling in you a sense of meaning and accomplishment.
