Last night we honored and celebrated the life of Officer Shaun Diamond. In Diamond Plaza, we gathered for a small and intimate ceremony where we unveiled this s...treet sign, which will be placed in Diamond Plaza in his honor. We miss Officer Diamond always. Let us continue to honor his service and sacrifice to our community. Gone but never forgotten.

Today, we remember Pomona Police Officer Shaun Diamond, who succumbed to a gunshot wound on October 29, 2014. Officer Diamond had been injured the day before wh...ile serving as an Operator on the Pomona PD SWAT Team. The PPD SWAT Team was serving a gang related search warrant in the City of San Gabriel when he was shot. Officer Diamond was a 16 year law enforcement veteran, who served 8 of those years with the Pomona Police Department. Please take a moment today to remember Officer Shaun Diamond.
