The office staff is available by phone Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm for questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to call. Dr. Harrington is also available 24 hours a day 7 days a week for emergencies. Dr. Harrington’s office is closed until further notice. In an effort to support national efforts to fight the COVID- 19 pandemic, our practice is taking the following steps to help assure your health and well-being and that of our community: We are following directives from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) as a way to limit patient and staff exposure to this virus.... Your health, and the health of our dedicated staff, matters to us, so going forward we will suspend all non-emergency care until further notice. Patients will be seen only for urgent and emergency pediatric dental or orthodontic needs. In the event of an emergency (example: poking wires, broken appliances causing pain, laceration, infection or tooth pain.) please call our office and listen to the entire message for instructions on how to page Dr. Harrington. Of course, call if you are unsure and we can evaluate on an individual basis. We will contact you soon to reschedule routine orthodontic and pediatric dental appointments. The safety and well-being of our patients continues to be our primary concern. We will continue to monitor the status of COVID-19 nationally and within our community and keep you up-to-date regarding our plans to reopen for business as usual. Dr. Harrington's office is temporarily closed from Monday March 16th-Monday March 30th. Your health and safety are our utmost concern. We believe it is our role... and responsibility during this unprecedented time to prioritize three things: the health and well-being of our patients, our team and our community. In line with our philosophy we have decided the following: Following the California Dental Association recommendations, our office will be closed for at least the next week and maybe longer based on our reassessment of the situation. This is not a decision we take lightly, and it is being done out of an abundance of caution during these turbulent times. As health care professionals, we all have a role to play in slowing the spread of the coronavirus and flattening the curve in order to follow sound scientific, public health advice, help limit infections, and slow the spread of the virus. The spread of COVID-19 will be determined by our collective actions now, and this decision is being made out of an abundance of caution. We believe by taking these extraordinary precautions, dentists can make a difference in reducing the impact of this virus on our community.
