For those who try to maintain a healthy diet, the holiday season can be a nightmare. Here are a few things you can do to be sure you don't get too far off track or go crazy with cravings. *Enjoy holiday treats... in moderation. If you're craving one of those delicious cookies, take a bite and throw out the rest. *Treat your plate like your party decorations by filling your plate with lots of colors! Eat lots of fruits and veggies. To be sure you have healthy options, always bring a dish you know you'd love and is healthy. *Slip in little ways to get active. Go for a walk or head to the gym for 30 minutes before your party.
