#WaybackWednesday What I love about the emphasis of spooky-themed Archivals this October is that I am able to choose from a wide range of topics to focus on. For today’s entree, I’m going to focus on Clowns! Personally, I am terrified of Clowns. I’ve always had a fear of clowns ever since I was a child. I guess I could blame this on Are You Afraid of the Dark or IT from their menacing portrayal of the evil clown. In terms of GOING BACK IN TIME I’ve always found vintag...e clowns to be creepier than modern-day clowns. Maybe this is a personal bias but it’s that menacing smile that always gets to me. With that said, check out this Archival collection consisting of old photographs of clowns! Prepare to be spooked! #WaybackWednesday Does anybody else feel nostalgic whenever they watch clips of TV Network IDs from our childhood? I personally feel that way myself, whether I see the closing logos of re-runs from my favorite shows or vhs recordings featuring classic TV promos or IDs! Interestingly enough, when I was 9 years old I used to go on Youtube and search for logo compilations! The clips that I always ran into include closing logos from different old-school sitcoms or vintage Netwo...rk IDs! Thereby, I haven’t seen these Classical Network IDs for a long time, so I felt nostalgic upon writing this entree! Check out this compilation of 1950s TV Network ID’s! Which one is your favorite?
