New teacher alert! We're so excited to welcome @cantiknomad to the Divinitree team! About Ciara: Ciara found yoga in 2012 by looking for another form of exercise & a deeper understanding of herself. She... felt an immediate connection to yoga once her practice began, and quickly found herself applying the teachings of yoga to everyday life. Shortly after she completed her 200-RYT in NYC. Ciara's teaching is focused on creating a space for her students to explore and learn about their bodies while flowing in a strong and sensible way. She is passionate about teaching others how to connect with their body, mind, & spirit through movement and meditation to become the best version of themselves. When taking Ciara's class you can expect to be challenged on the mat, while moving in alignment and flowing to an upbeat playlist!
