Everything is energy and has a vibration frequency. There are specific vibration frequencies for thoughts, emotions, sensations--even each body organ has its own unique energetic frequency and can be measured in Hertz (Hz). A healthy human body is between 68-72 Hz. Illnesses show up as our energy frequency declines. Quantum Physics teaches that all matter is the result of a frequency. If you amplify frequency, matter changes. There is a subtle energy field--or Biofield--surr...ounding and penetrating all life, which acts as a communications device and is unique for each living being. If you are beginning to realize this, maybe how animals communicate telepathically, you are on to something here. By the way, Reiki energy healing is considered a Biofield therapy by the National Institutes of Health (NIH). All particles which make up our universe are nothing but energy plus information, in a larger field of energy and information (unified field). At a subatomic level, we are made up of vast amounts of empty space, which is filled with energy in the form of light waves. So at this sub-nuclear level of realityWe really are One! Unity is the deepest level of Truth. So what does this mean for you and me, you ask? I'll never forget when I first studied and became attuned to Reiki back in 2013. I had an amazing shift in my energy and cleared a lot of old stuff. It was a process, for sure, and took about six months. The very next day after I received my last attunement (a total of three over many months), I noticed the most peculiar thing. I left my house in the morning to go to work and, lo and behold, I noticed a flock of black birds following me overhead and alongside my car. This went on for several miles. There was at least a dozen or so more birds following me in unison. I thought to myself, "No, I must be imagining this. Are these birds really following me?" As if to hear me, one bird flew directly aside the passenger window and I could see his eye looking straight at me! Whoa! What a confirmation! They were, in deed, following me. Protecting me? Communicating with me? Or just saying, "Yeh, we're one with you!" And this went on every day for the next week as I drove to work each morning. I was in awe, to say the least. I felt as if these birds were in sync with my energy. We were communicating. We were aligned. I saw the beauty of nature and the interconnection between humans and animals. The frequency of our energy signature--or Biofield--was very light and resonating "Birds of a Feather" and so we flocked together, even if just briefly. What a beautiful experience!
