Linda Martinez, Diversity Gala Community Service Award for her work at Oxnard College in mental health and LGBTQ student support. She is the facilitator of the Rainbow Cafe, an LGBTQ support group on campus and coordinates many of their mental and physical health fairs. Deanna McFadden, Diversity Gala Community Ally Award for her work at Oxnard College. She is the Student Health... Center Director and advocates for LGBTQ students health access on campus. She also advocated having the entire campus be a Safe Zone Project campus. thesafezoneproject.com Amgen ANGLE Committee, Diversity Gala Corporate Ally Award for their continued financial and volunteer support over the years. Anthony Palomera, Diversity Gala Community Youth Hero Award for his work with Fillmores One Step A La Vez, specifically their LGBTQ youth group and his work at Fillmore High School advocating for LGBTQ and under served students. Doctor John G Prichard and retired Clinic Coordinator Margaret Friis, Diversity Gala Community Hero Awards, both Dr. Prichard and Margaret have worked in the County for decades providing HIV-AIDS treatment and care. Dr. Prichard graduated from the University of California, Irvine School of Medicine and has practiced Family Medicine and Hematology/Oncology here in the County for over 30 years. Loni Kate English, Diversity Gala Community Service Award for her work as the Executive Director of Fillmores One Step A La Vez and her specific roll in making that organization all inclusive. Vicente Torres, Diversity Gala Community Service Award for his work as a Diversity Collective Advisory Board Member and his work as the first Coalition for Family Harmony LGBTQ Program Coordinator.
