Sunday is Mother's Day. Here at Dino's Grill there is only one Mom....Christina!!! At Dino's Grill Christina is such a hard worker. She is always ready and willing to help where needed without complaint and helps to train the Newbies (the right way, her way ). Before opening Christina is usually helping to get the restaurant ready with her headphones on and belting out, without shame, whatever tune she's grooving to. All of our Dino's Grill regulars know Christina by... her friendly cheerful greeting, her awesome service and most of all by the beautiful smile that is always on her face. But most of you may not know Christina is the proud Mom of four great kids! Christina works so hard here at Dino's Grill to help give her and her husband Ryan's kids the best life ever. Dorothy Cheu we love you!!!! Dorothy is not on Facebook but we're giving her a shout out here for her extremely generous donation of homemade face mask. Dorothy stopped by today to drop off these super cute face mask that she made for our Dino's Grill crew. She didn't ask for anything, Dorothy just donated these to us out of the kindness of her heart. Dorothy, you're our kind of gal!!! Hi everyone, Johnny here! Just a reminder that Dino's Grill is closed on Saturdays for the time being. These days on Saturdays we need to rest up after the crazy weeks we've been having. One of my favorite ways to rest and relax is just to chill with my boy Rocky. I thought I'd post some pics of Rocky and me just hanging out. As we head in to week 3 and it looks like this will be our new normal for a few more weeks we want to take a minute to say thank you to the women and men of the Newark Police Department, California. George and I (and our beloved Thia Soula) have know many of the police force for years and we consider all of these fine people our friends. We are grateful for all they do to protect our community, not just now during these strange times, but always. Newark is so blessed to have the finest women and men protecting all of us, our business and your homes. Hi Everyone!! Week #2 of our New Way of Life!! A reminder of our temporary hours: Monday-Friday 11:00am-8:00pm. Open for Take-Out and Delivery. Delivery is limited to Newark and the Ardenwood neighborhood of Fremont. Call 510-494-1203 to place your order. We love seeing our customers at the restaurant and having a chance to chat a bit and see how everyone is coping with this crisis. We do, however, need to remind everyone to practice Social Distancing. ... We are limiting one person at a time at the counter (even if you are with a group). We ask that you wait at the sign at the front, as shown in the picture. Please wait until the person at the counter has finished placing their order and moved away from the counter. Our staff will call you up when it's your turn to order. Please also maintain a distance of at least 6' from other customers while in line and while waiting for your order. We know you understand the reasons for us to have to be strict with the above procedure. Your health is our upmost concern, as well as the health of our hard working, awesome staff. We hope to see you soon and remember to always stay Newark Strong!!
