Include a cover letter explaining why you're taking the time to personalize the CMA. 3. Have a brief bio about you, your marketing, your company and a few reviews. 4. ALWAYS include a handwritten thank you card asking for referrals if they are not thinking of buying or selling this year. (Include some business cards) You get to use this as an excuse to personally deliver this package to a prospect. Creating a face to face relationship, hopefully learning more about your prospect all at the same time you're elevating YOU as a brand and asking for referrals business.
