Hi friends, I wanted to share with you some valuable information on how hypnosis works to help people with various issues. Saint Tone and Janie Boisclair ( Saint Tone Productions ) interviewed me a little while back, however the information is timeless! Hypnosis helps when everything else has failed! I know this out of my own experience as well as my clients over the years that have gotten results when years of traditional therapy had not been able to help them . ... I am talking about 10 years, 17 years, and I even had a client who suffered for 30 years (!!!) until we did my advanced program . When you set your intentions and stay focused regardless of what others say or think you should/shouldn't do, you achieve great things! Sometimes you may just have to keep things to yourself if you don't have others who support your vision. And that's ok. Other times you may have to say "NO" to many things, and people and even to yourself, that part of you that tries to distract you, in order to stay laser focused. As Jack Canfield says, "you have to say no to the goo...d, so you can say yes to the great! " :) In order to #manifest your desires you need to hold the vibrational #frequency of what you wish you manifest, for at least 120 seconds! FEEL what it would feel like, if you are already having it, living it! Allow the vibration of it to merge into you, instead of you "going" to it. Meditate on it daily, think it in your mind and visualize it, see it in your mind's eye. Trust your inner guidance and knowingness. Do your research, write down your pros and cons, what is 51% valuable to you and what is the biggest price you are willing to pay, as long as what is the highest reward.
