NEW CLASS TITLE . A weekly regular temperature class held in the main classroom and also available virtual every Wednesday at 9 am . This class is a blend of yoga postures with focus on strengthening and increasing flexibility. A portion of class will be dedicated to increasing mobility that warm up muscles, joint and ligaments + stretch the connective tissue. Another short portion will introduce Yoga HIIT to increase the heart rate. And another portion of class is dedica...ted to doing yoga with light weights to build strength while supporting bone health. .
