We implemented new strict cleanliness protocols earlier this week, but with SF schools closed, it looks like remote learning is the move. All Python and Scratch classes will have an online option for Monday 16-Wednesday 18 to finish out the winter season. One of my star fifth grade students is writing a custom chat application in PHP/MySQL. So far the front end has account and chat management features, with password encryption and a notification system on the way. He's ten years old.
