Hidden gem: Wild Flour Bread ( http://www.wildflourbread.com ) features brick oven baked sourdough breads, scones, biscotti and coffee drinks. Working with a wood fired brick oven, they produce beautiful hard crust breads that customers travel from miles around to taste. At 8am they open with 4 breads only, the sticky bun, cheese fougasse, goat flat bread and either the Bohemian (apricot, orange and pecan) or the Egyptian (pear, fig and candied ginger) and 1 or 2 out of 4 o...r 5 daily kinds of their whipping cream scones which have become a daily sellout with flavors like apricot, white chocolate, ginger or double chocolate, espresso, hazelnut. By 10:30 AM they usually have the remaining breads arrive by the hundreds ( making up to 900 loaves daily and sell only in their bakery!) and the remaining kinds of scones. Generally they have 10 to 12 kinds of bread daily. Each day the variety of breads changes. Like wine tasting they sample all of their breads so that you can experience a huge variety of tastes, and it's fun! AND THEY HAVE GLUTEN FREE!

Robin also enjoys recommending farm to table cuisine with... a seasonal fresh focus that complements our amazing Napa Valley wines whether from a nearby restaurant, caterer or private chef. She feels lucky to be able to share the valley’s experiences with our guests. Those experiences are what truly makes her happy!

Ramon Meraz has been a concierge for The Hyatt Vineyard Creek, BeautifulPlaces Luxury Villas, Mayacama Golf Resort and Sonoma Mission Inn since the middle 90's . He loves to think outside the box and to personally show you the wine country when possible. Originally from Chihuahua, he just knew that Sonoma County was home at first sight in 1993.

Born and raised in the Bronx, New York, Napa first enchanted Donna in 1970. Interest piqued, She firmly planted her roots on its soil. But it was not only the beauty of the land , but its welcoming people, that convinced her that she had found her home. After 40 + years as an elementary, middle-school and adult teacher, her life became intricately interwoven with many generations of the wonderful personalities that enrich this valley. There is seldom a day Donna does not encounter one of her former students . Unwilling to contain her enthusiasm, She wants to share the magic of Napa to every guest with whom She ever comes in contact.
