Goodrich promoted United Airlines new Douglas DC-3 "Mainliners" in this 1937 ad. With a range of 1,500 miles, the Mainliners flew from New York to San Francisco in less than 16 hours with only three stops along the way. The planes came in three configurations: standard 21-passenger coaches, sleepers with folding berths for 14, and "Skylounges" with deluxe swiveling seats. By 1937, Goodrich was going all out in Aerospace development, rapidly expanding their product line. D...esser has expanded their product line and global footprint with offices in the USA, UK and Australia. TWA and the Boeing Stratoliner. TWA received its first in April 1940 and flew them through 1951. The Boeing Model 307 Stratoliner was the first commercial transport aircraft to enter service with a pressurized cabin. B.F. Goodrich provided de-ice systems and tires for the Stratoliner.... Desser still can support your Stratoliner as well as your 787 too. No matter if it’s a Glider, Fighter or People Hauler, Desser has you covered all over the globe. www.desser.com
