4, 2020 : Mental Toughness : "Moscow" KB warm up, 2 rounds: 6 'Halos' per side, 8 Goblet Squats, 10 Boot Strappers, 12 Single Arm Presses (6 per side), 2 Crab Bridges, Quad Smash, Ankle ... //: AnkleSkill / : None. : Rainy Day Blues In 9 minutes:18 Under Hand Chin CurlsThen max rounds with the remaining time:12 Single Leg Glute Bridge 6L/6R16 Air Squats50 Single unders, 30 Cross Overs, or 50 Jumping Jacks3 min rest, then repeat 9 min cycle again starting with Rope Climb buy in (start rounds where you left off). : 5 - 10 rounds, about 90s for the Chin Curls and then 1:45 per round after. Scale Up: Goblet Squats instead of Air Squats, 50 Cross Overs : Get through the Under Hand Chin Curls fast, but make sure you use good technique to avoid using your hips. Single Leg Glute Bridges make sure you're driving through your heel and squeezing that glute to reach full extension. Keep the chest up on the Air Squats and make sure you go all the way down and up (open the hips at the top). Each time the rope goes under the feet it counts as a cross over. 26, 2020 : Competition : 2 Sets of 40' Out and Back of Bear Crawls, Lunges, High Knees, Butt Kickers, High Kicks, Samson Lunges, Alternating Side Lunges... //: Ankle / : Spend 8 minutes working up to the most challenging Strict HSPU (or progression) you can do. : Run Your Boat 6 rounds for time of:2 rounds: 5 Burpees, 20 Jumping Jacks400m Run or 20 High Knees (10 per leg), 40 Single Unders, 2 roundsTEAM VERSION: One person starts on the Row, one person starts on the Run. Switch once both of you are finished. If you are 'faster' than your teammate on a particular movement (like you are faster at Running than they are at the Row), pace yourself so you'll be more rested for the next movement. : 22-30 min : The key to this one is to have a steady pace for all of the rounds. Avoid coming out too hot on the first round. During the Back Squats and Thrusters make sure you're bracing your core through each rep. Super set with 20-30s of the most challenging plank you can do. : DT 6 rounds for time: 15 Hamstring Bridge and Curl or Nordic Hamstring Curls 12 Frog Jumps 9 Pike Push-Ups or Kipping HSPU : 8 - 16 min. About 2 min per round. Scale Up: Heavy DT (from the Games) 145/205lbs : Make sure you fully extend your legs and fully open your hips on the Bridge and Curls. Be explosive on the Frog Jumps (go as high as possible).
