OUR 2019 TRIAL UPDATE IS NOW POSTED! To our viewers: We understand it has been a while since our last update. Unfortunately, there has been very little activity in the litigation since our last update. We are still waiting for a decision from the 5th Circuit on the appeal from the verdict in the California plaintiff case and the re-trial of the Texas plaintiffs case is set to begin on January 14. We know people are starving for information but there is just not too much to report. As the re-trial begins, we will be providing updates on a more regular basis.

Update #2 for the 2019 Pinnacle Trial is posted. The trial is postponed until next week. The video explains why this occurred.

DePuy Pinnacle 2018 Trial Update 6: Oral arguments were heard in the third bellwether trial that was appealed to the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. We are still waiting for a decision.
