Today is my birthday I never really liked to celebrate it but I realize that getting older is a privilege! So I am stepping into my age and reveling in all my accomplishments. Yes, I have to address the unsettling feeling that all of us have It’s everywhere. The best thing to do when there is chaos outside is to find the stillness inside. More than ever we have to be mindful of all of our feelings and honor them and then find a place where we can find drop inside. I am reminded of what Gandhi said: You must be the change you wish to see in the world. That is not to say, do nothing! I gather myself and try to find the place in my heart where compassion lives. There must be a way to live with love in this world
