So bottling days are a little stressful even if everything goes smoothly...waking up with 7 inches of snow on the ground the morning of a 8am scheduled bottling definitely brought on some new challenges! An 8am start time turned into a 1pm start time that eventually turned into a 4pm start time...but at the end of a very long day, we successfully bottled 4 new vintages! Have you heard about our Commissioner Line? Paying homage to Edio’s 33 years as Agricultural Commissioner, we named our small lot reserve wines our Commissioner Line. These wines are low production, first released to our members (often times quickly sold out), and all individually hand waxed. Our staff is dedicated to getting our 2019 Pinot Noir waxed now for our late February Club Release! ... Other Commissioner wines include our Chardonnay, Frank’s Rhone Blend, and Canavese Cabernet Sauvignon. Well...2020 was a year we will never forget for SO many reasons. So many highs and so many lows...but at the end of the day, SO much to be thankful for. Dreams came true...and then they almost didn’t, but then they did again! So much to navigate through and overcome, but it all made us grow stronger and more resilient. Cheers (an entire bottle!) to 2020, a year jam packed with so much it’s hard to even comprehend. Thank you to everyone who supported us and helped us persever...e through this wild year, we couldn’t have done it without you. So excited to see what 2021 has in store for us!
