Wellness Wednesday. Taking a moment to reflect and reset.

Look what showed up at the clinic today! I'm so pleased with this lovely box to house all our essential oils. Serenity.....aaah.

Do you have the Monday blues? Here's my tip to you to help embrace the week ahead. Pick one thing that sparks joy and bring your attention there when things get rough. A sweet client at The Dailey Method in Piedmont brought flowers for all the teachers. Don't they look great? Looking at these keeps me feeling grateful and grounded. I hope you can find something that does the same for you. Happy Monday !

Trust the universe. Trust in the small moments of change, in failure and in love. Our lives are blossoming, even if it’s too small to see, it is happening. The small bud on a tree will bloom and the leaves that line these streets will pile up. The cycle of seasons is a constant reminder to never take anything for granted. It is a lesson that is beautifully constructed. Embrace the change!

It takes time for things to come full circle. Goals can seem to be perched high atop mountains, sometimes seeming unattainable. The reality is patience and persistence. To finally see all the hard work you put into something that is meaningful to you, is a feeling of great triumph. Let your strength guide you.
