#installed two of these #Raynor #firedoors with the Lawrence #fire #door hand chain assembly. The handchain assembly is really cool. Just by pulling on a cable it releases the brake which allows the door to drop, smoothly and under control, instead of having to use the handchain. The first picture is a little trick I like to use. I assemble the door on the floor, attach curtain to barrel, sling curtain, assemble headplates etc. Then sling the barrel and lift everything up as one. We finished 2 of these doors in just 7 hours. @ Santa Cruz, California

New #Nova #dock #leveler installed over labor day weekend. This was a crazy install. 2' pit called for a pit riser kit. Odd sized length called for a 14" filler plate in the back, sloped driveway caused trucks to hit the building so we had to build a pit extension and pull the dock 4" out of the pit! When I quoted this job I opened the slave operator and said wow that's a lot of wires that must be the slave.
