davisREED is continuing to transform the 112-year-old Marshall Hotel into a Hyatt Centric while preserving the historic qualities. The 11-story, 172 room hotel is adjacent to the Golden 1 Center and part of the ongoing transformation of the city’s core. This 111,782 SF hotel is utilizing a structural steel framing within the existing five-story façade, with light gauge structural metal framing for the top six stories, while retaining and rehabilitating the brick and ornate sheet metal façade. Stanly Ranch Napa, CA Architect:Overland Partners This luxury project includes 135 rooms spread across the property as cottages, 40 Villas, 70 vineyard homes and a 40,000 SF winery. The resort, covering 93 acres, will spread its rooms across dozens of small, one-story structures made from metal, wood and stone to create a peaceful, farm-like atmosphere. A core of 12 larger buildings will hold a restaurant, cafe, spa, banquet hall and conference center, and cycling and pedestrian trails will crisscross the resort grounds. #davisREED #stanlyranch #napa

Construction and renovations continue at The Town & Country Hotel in San Diego/Mission Valley. davisREED has just finished installing pools and attached slides. Other sitework includes finishing the Lobby, Food & Beverage Buildings, Hotel restaurant, and Pool restaurant. Progress continues on the Davis Carneros residential project in Napa, CA. davisREED has just completed the framing phase and have installed new custom windows, doors, and roof. This site is located in the middle of a 10.5 acre, fully operational vineyard. Next phase includes lath and plaster, with a scheduled Fall 2020 completion!
