Here is a residential design I did for a client who bought an empty lot in Lake Havasu, AZ. The key is, the local HOA requested that it had to be in the Spanish style home design, but the customer really prefers the modern open look. So we painted the outside to meet the mission style but kept the inside a sleek fresh modern look. Separated it with a lanai courtyard and high ceilings as it opens up to a new modern glass filled dream home.
