Meditation is the cure for insanity. I don’t mean clinically. Meditation can be great for depression and anxiety and all kinds of ailments of the heart and mind. But what I mean is that meditation is the remedy for the insanity of being a human. Some of us are very insane. Some of us are just a little insane. But we all have the same basic dilemma. As humans we are both animal and and spiritual. We have all of the needs of a beast and a wild thing and also a vast intellect,... an unceasing mind, the capacity to create. When these two sides are not working together, or they are working together for a deranged purpose- we become insane. Of all the things we can do for ourselves: therapy, self-help, education... meditation is one of the greatest remedies. I’ve been teaching meditation for 25 years and have trained so many people to teach meditation. I want to train you. 2021 is not the year to be a miser. This is not the time to hoard our gifts. We’ve been given the recent ghastly visions to spur us into action. This is the age of Aquarius for real.
