This is a progressive series that takes you through different stages of metabolism to develop lean muscle that will help create defined lines to feel confident and healthy. Month 1: fat burn and definition, Learn how to meal prep, count calories and customize your meal plan Month 2: Build Muscle through compound movements and twist on tradition movements, meal prep on a more advance level and understand what foods will help you achieve your goal Month 3: High Intensity Muscle Building and Fat Burning overload to achieve the ability to utilize fatty acids at higher intensities (AKA burn fat longer) -Fat Burning is the main component of this program. The goal is to increase your fat burning capabilities -Leans Muscle is developed through a progressive series -I will give guide you in a customized meal plan that you will help develop for yourself to learn how to eat and prepare food for your goal There is limited space and Its first come first serve Here is what I am looking for: **no injuries that need professional rehabilitation **Diseases that can be aggravated during exercise (excluding CVD and diabetes...I can work with you under approval of your doctor) **Must be 21-50 years old **Must be willing to count calories **Must be willing to take before and after pictures **Must be willing to stay committed and follow directions
