Does anyone know this person? She came to the salon today with an appointment for a color correction. Her credit card declined and she was supposed to come back with cash but never did. According to the credit card company the card she used is under investigation for other unusual activity and is most likely a stolen credit card. She owes me money! She has also been identified as the same person who came into our salon last year and shoplifted a bunch of retail product. Also,... the phone # she used in her appointment info is a disconnected number. She looks about 30yo old but told me she’s 40, she’s Asain, 5’7(ish), heavy/excessive eyelash extensions, freshly acrylic nails and toes (Orange color I believe), and carried a Gucci bag. She was driving a black Tesla with paper license plates on it still... the plates where flipped up and I was unable to get the license #. Client left very happy with her hair results. Some of the information she gave me weather they be true or not are as follows...she has a child, divorced from a wealthy man, lives off Shiloh rd in Windsor, she’s going to be a bridesmaid tomorrow at a friends wedding. She seemed very nice, hyper/talkative. The photos of her attached are screen shots from our security cameras..they’re not the best but it’s all I have. Any info would be great otherwise PLEASE SHARE! We are so damn excited to see you back at the shop . We are thrilled to welcome you with open arms even though we cannot hug you . We know this will be SO different from the last time we saw you, but it will be familiar... WHAT TO EXPECT AT YOUR UPCOMING APPOINTMENT: There will be no guests / pets allowed to accompany you to your appointment at this time. The waiting area is closed. Appointment Only, no Walk-ins at this time. ... Please wait in your car until you receive a call or text that your stylist is ready for you. There will be strict disinfection and sanitation measures carried out through the day and after each client. Mandatory hand washing/sanitizing upon arrival. No beverages or magazines will be available at this time. Please bring only essentials. Keys, phone, mask and form of payment. Masks are required by everyone upon entry (stylists included) and must secure with loops behind the ear. If you’ll be receiving a color service, consider wearing a mask you don’t mind possibly staining with color(If unable to provide one, disposable ones will be available for purchase.) We appreciate you helping us keep conversations to a minimum to save our lungs from over exhaustion, these masks aren’t easy to wear all day long! You may be required to sign a consent form and answer COVID-19 screening questions prior to receiving any services. We may need to take your temperature. If you have recently traveled, are feeling or displaying signs of illness, or have been around anyone who tested positive for COVID-19 you will be asked to reschedule. Arriving to your appointment while exhibiting symptoms and ignoring these guidelines will lead to refusal of service and will require partial payment of anticipated service. Due to the extensive measures we are taking, please understand that it may take longer then normal to hear back in regulars of scheduling appointments.
