I came across this painted rock a few weeks ago, and the message seemed especially relevant as we recognize today as "a day on, not a day off". Here's to everyone volunteering to improve our communities everywhere.
Taking a long view at investments of any kind is often advised and as this chart regarding real estate indicates, most certainly warranted. If you are someone wondering whether this is a good time to sell or not, I can provide data that could help inform your decision. I have tons of it to share. Reach out if you'd like the full report. #TheDifferenceMaker

I am so proud to be a part of Compass and look forward to a great year ahead. May it be your best year yet.
I love this trend I just heard from a colleague. As the pandemic and ensuing work from home continues, more people are creating a separation between their work and nonwork lives by taking short walks to emulate commuting time. What a great way to start a day, especially here on the peninsula where we have so many great places to walk. If finding a walkable neighborhood is important to you, please reach out. #thedifferencemaker DRE# 01380339 [email protected]
As the year 2020 wraps up, here's a toast to a magnificent year ahead and to your health and happiness the whole year through. Happy New Year!
Many factors affect sales prices in addition to neighborhood and bedroom count. Buyers can fall in love with a property based on the condition of the home including the outdoor spaces. If you are preparing your home for the market this year, remember to look with fresh perspective at your patio. Consider things like - does the fountain add to the ambience or take from it? I am happy to help, if you need another viewpoint. #thedifferencemaker DRE# 01380339 [email protected]
Learned some new family history. Always knew my mom’s family (Pourroy & Bidart) were ranchers from France and the Basque country who came to California in the ...1800’s. Just learned from my dad that his great grandfather was a Lumberjack AND Rabbi. I knew his family (Tzioni, Don Yachyia) came from a long line of rabbi’s but it’s the first I’ve heard of the Lumberjack lineage. Somehow I did not get the robust beard gene from either side.
