DANK DONUTS is hiring a Donut Maker! Feeding people is a huge responsibility we do not take lightly! "You are what you eat!" So, we require our 'Donuteers' to put LOVE and GREAT energy into everything they do. We are looking for someone who is RELIABLE, RESPONSIBLE, and someone who consistently has a DANK attitude! The ideal candidate doesn't necessarily need baking experience, but finds JOY in the kitchen! Our best donut makers have no experience, but appreciate the creativi...ty, influence, and independence this job can bring. We are looking for someone who works independently, and pays attention to detail. We need someone who can follow recipes, but more importantly recognize when something doesn't "Look right" and think critically to figure out how to fix it. We are the 'Highest Donut Shop on the West Coast!' Baking at this altitude requires bakers to pay attention to time, and adapt to ever fluctuating temperatures! The donut maker is constantly moving and needs to work quickly and efficiently... I refer to it as being 'In the Flow.' Bake loads vary from week to weekend, holiday to non-holiday... The perfect person is quick on their feet, able to work long hours when needed, and can lift 50#. Overall, we need someone TRUSTWORTHY. Being RELIABLE means you will show up when you are scheduled, and leave feeling confident in the work you put in.
