Very helpful and efficient service

Dan went above and beyond to see a transaction to the finish line. I’ve never worked with a lender with such zeal. In the end, every party involved put more effort and determination to ensure the same common goal.

There is no lag when it comes to getting things done. Dan is always able to meet timeframes and that is important in the current market. I really appreciate Dan for actually verifying debt and assets before he’s willing to provide a pre approval. This helps move things along once buyer gets into contract.
