Some folks come to dance every week, some tend to come more for their favorite DJs. We dance Sunday mornings 9 to 11:15ish at the 418 Project, 418 Front Street in Santa Cruz. $10 donation requested at the door. Hi y'all - Happy Thanksgiving! There IS a dance today, at 10:00. Owlswan is DJ and Michael is host. Altar someone? >

So, it turns out there is a reason other than just your social/spiritual/physical enjoyment to dance! Although those reasons are enough! Just icing on the cake, we also prevent dementia by dancing! It doesn't have data on those who are doing conscious dance, however this kind of dancing probably works even better to prevent mental deterioration. - (Dawn Passaro posted)
