Happy 4th of July from GVRD! REMINDER: FIREWORKS ARE ILLEGAL IN THE CITY OF VALLEJO. Blue Rock Springs and Dan Foley Parks will be closing at 8:30pm on Saturday, July 4th. ... Parking is $5 per vehicle and will be limited to 50% capacity at both parks. The Dan Foley boat ramp will be closed on Saturday, July 4th. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, playgrounds remain closed. Remember to practice social distancing while visiting our parks.
