CCUSD THANK AN EDUCATOR PROFILE ... Minyoung Phai Ms. Phai is tech support/guru, literacy coach, organization maven, communicator extraordinaire, and first grade teacher all wrapped into one. Ms. Phai works tirelessly for her students, her families, her team, and her district. She speaks her views honestly and listens with an open mind/heart. She is an extremely dedicated and reflective teacher.... Mrs. Phai is extremely loving and inclusive, and she inspires her students to work hard and grow while sprinkling in lots of moments of joy.

Especially during the challenges of 2020, she has done an amazing job of ensuring that our students and families have the support they need.... Vanessa San-Martin displays the qualities of a great leader that can make tough decisions and stand by those decisions in the face of uncertainty. I am inspired by her leadership.
