We're BACK with our next "Get To Know Us" featuring Christy, our effervescent Director of Admissions who is sunshine personified. Here's her Q&A: 1) What's your favorite meal? I love breakfast foods, eaten any time of day. My favorite meal is repurposing leftovers into breakfast burritos or tacos for dinner. ... 2) What's your favorite restaurant? I'm pretty easy because I like all types of food. Nick's in Laguna Beach and San Clemente are always a favorite. Start with the Bacon Fried Deviled Eggs and then share their San Francisco Cioppino and Garlic Sourdough Bread with someone you love. 3) What is a fun fact about you? I've hiked Mt Whitney (tallest peak in the US and 22 miles round trip) up and back on the same day - twice!
