Cucina Verona www.cucinaverona.com 124 East Laurel Street, Fort Bragg CA. We would like to thank you for your continuing support, We are now open for lunch and dinner outside, with comfortable, stylish, and cozy Patio dining. We feature wood-fired Sorrento style (Neapolitan) Pizzas, and exceptional grilled Steaks, Hamburgers, and Poultry dishes prepared in our new outside wood grill. We are also offering all of our regular menu items. On Thanksgiving, we will be open from 5:30 to nine and will be offering a traditional turkey dinner for $29. Please make reservations if planning to dine here, also available to go. Call 707 964 6844 for reservations or to place a to-go order. Our hours are 11 AM to 9 PM Tuesday thru Saturday. They are considered one of the best restaurants in town. Cucina Verona I have been given the best food that can be delivered. Tonight I am enjoying a dinner of a meat loaf, mashed potatoes and stringed green beans. They all taste wonderful. Cucina Verona is now servicing our seniors on the coast through the Great Plates delivered program Please contact Mendocino county Adult Social Services if you are interested. we will serve the community from Mendocino to Westport If you are not eligible you may know someone who is, please reach out to them if so. Individuals enrolling in the program must undergo a short screening process. Individual participant eligibility verification can be completed over the phone and... can be obtained through self-attestation, similar to other eligibility verification for programs such as school meals and Disaster CalFresh. Participating individuals must fall into the following categories: Individuals who are 65 or older, or 60-64 and at high-risk as defined by the CDC, including: Great Plates Delivered Program Guidance California Governor’s Office of Emergency Services 2 o Individuals who are COVID-19 positive (as documented by a state/local public health official or medical health professional), o Individuals who have been exposed to COVID-19 (as documented by a state/local public health official or medical health professional), or o Individuals with an underlying health condition. Individuals must live alone or with one other program-eligible adult Participants must not be currently receiving assistance from other state or federal nutrition assistance programs Participants must earn no more than 600% of the federal poverty limit Individuals must affirm an inability to prepare or obtain meals Once deemed eligible the individual will provide the necessary operational information, such as address, any dietary restrictions, etc. Participating individuals will be provided three (3) prepared meals a day..

The other subjects discussed are universal however and all of us working to stay open in the restaurant business are struggling. I do get asked often with concern "how are we doing ? are we getting by? " The answer to that is unfortunately no. There are no villains ...here. All of our business associates ( Landlords, vendors, utilities, employees, etc) have been working with us in any way they can, but they are also suffering and the situation we are in is not sustainable for much longer. You can rest assured that we are working frantically to develop a new business model that is sustainable. See more
