Fall is in the air and it’s almost CTN time. I honestly thought the quarantine would be done by now. I waited as long as I could but no matter what is going on, whether layoffs, fires, virus’, challenges and changes or political despair, we got this! The CTN animation eXpo has been re-imagined to a week long online creative reboot. (Don’t let anyone tell you CTN is ever cancelled.) With so many relying on this event we’ve done a couple of things to address this challenge and... reimagine this event to show you we are here and how much we love you. As we migrate our ‘in-person’ (at the Marriott) event along with all tickets safely to 2021 we have given birth to CTN-Live, a web-conference event that is specifically designed for what is going on now. With the help of our wonderful team and our amazing partners (like you) CTN-Live and our theme ‘Revive and Thrive’ is open to ‘everyone’ as an opportunity to come ‘together’ as a community and recharge, FREE. This 7-day online journey carries with it all the wonderful whispers of knowledge, opportunities and inspiration we all love from a CTN event plus more. Starting Nov 16-22, 2020 (same weekend) and held during Animation Week from Burbank we will launch this international live web-conference component. (This is sort of cool.) I think we all could use a break and a bit of a boost to help get us up and over 2020 (I am so done with 2020) and rocket into a year filled with confidence, power and growth and light that creative firecracker inside each of us for 2021.
