Introducing Beat the Blues Week’s second Thursday workshop!! This workshop is titled Exercise as a Form of Self-Care and Coping with the Student Recreation Center. This workshop will be helped on November 5th from 3-4pm. It will include an interactive activity to encourage exercise as a form of self-care and coping strategy. The Blues Project 22.02.2021

Hello everyone. Amidst unfortunate events that have occurred recently, UCS will be providing a safe space to learn and engage to discuss the issues of racism, police brutality and oppression. This zoom session will focus on what it means to be an Ally to the Black and African American communities, and how we can increase and improve ‘Ally-ship’ for CSUN students and the campus.
