Kathleen Madden, Ph.D. Professor of Mathematics and Dean School of Natural Sciences, Mathematics, and Engineering California State University, Bakersfield
"This is not the time for students to pause. This is the time for students to continue with their education. And what we're finding here at CSU Bakersfield is our students have a lot of grit, they're hard workers," President Zelezny. President Zelezny represented #CSUB to a national audience today as the guest of anchor Brianna Keilar on CNN. The president clearly articulated the importance of the California State University’s decision to move forward with virtual instruction in the fall of 2020 to protect the health and welfare of students, faculty and staff.

Amazing work by our very own Bobby and the Fab Lab!
To our students: A message of support, love and solidarity. The current battle to stop the spread of COVID-19 has changed our day-to-day lives, how we teach, how we learn and how we interact. But one thing has not changed: CSU Bakersfield faculty and staff care deeply for our students. We want you to know that though we are not together physcially, we stand with you. Take a moment to come together as ’Runners and watch this video from professors and staff members.... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hrNZY47wA1o&feature=youtu.be
