UPDATE: NOVEMBER FERAL SPOTS ARE NOW FULL! Keep watching our page for the opening of December. Thank you.... Feral appointments for November are now open! Please call us between 10am and 2pm to request an appointment. We anticipate filling these as fast as last month. 2 appointments per trapper. These appointments are strictly for feral and community cats that are unowned, unsocial and unadoptable. All cats with these appointments will receive a rabies vaccine and an ear tip so they can be easily identified as altered once you return them to their "homes". Do not sign up for one of these spots if you are "taming" kittens and planning to keep them to rehome at some point. We are trying to alter as many true ferals as possible before they hunker down for winter and we lose the chance of making a huge difference. We appreciate everyone's cooperation and patience as we do everything in our power to work with you all on this incredibly important task.

UPDATE: All 100 Feral Spots for October were filled in one day of calls! We will post when we open November. Thank you! Feral appointment for October opening on September 21st! Let me start by telling you that we are doing our very best to make this as fair as possible to all of you doing amazing work for the community cats. Below is what we will be doing for our October feral schedule:... Starting the 21st, we will be scheduling all of the October feral appointments. We answer the phones between 10am and 2pm Monday through Thursday, which is the only time you can get through to make an appointment. We will give everyone who calls, up to 2 appointments any day available in October. The following week beginning the 28th you can call us again to see if we have any left and you will be allowed 2 more spots if available. This will continue each week until all 100 spots are filled. We ask that you do not give your spots to anyone else as our paperwork is done at the time you book the appointments. If you need to cancel at any time, please call us and let us know. Even if it is the same morning of your appointment. This gives us a chance to allow others into those spots. We also ask that you do not trap ferals that you plan to release prior to the day or at most 2 days before your appointment. Studies show the best turn around time for a feral to be trapped, altered and released is no more than 48 to 72 hours. Thank you all for doing your part, and then some, to help the community cats!

Shout out to Carol Fonda for making these super cute masks for the staff! If anyone has some old cotton sheets they would like to donate we are in desperate need. Carol will cut them, sew them and turn them into amazing surgery drapes. Flat and fitted are great but no pillow cases or flannels please.

EVER WONDER WHERE YOUR DONATIONS GO TO? Meet Sweet June Bug! She was brought to us as a TNR and needed her eyes removed in order to survive. We were happy to spay her at the same time. She will be heading into foster @Tails of the Unwanted California rescue organization (who is in need of fosters) where she will be loved until her new home can be found. Without your donations, we could not help those so desperately in need. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

We are back and ready to schedule surgery for June! Starting Tuesday the 26th we will be answering our phones from 10am to 2pm for scheduling of cats and dogs. Please do NOT call and leave us messages as we will not be able to return them. Due to the pandemic we have had to put some safety protocols into action and we are still perfecting our drop off and pick up procedures. Please have patience and know that everyone's safety and well being is our priority. We are excited to get back to what we do best and can't wait to see you all!

We are doing our part to try to stop the spread of COVID-19 to our spay and neuter community. If you have an appointment with us in the near future, we are asking the following of you: 1. Please do not come to our facility if you have a fever or cough. Give us a call and we will reschedule for a better time. 2. Please limit the number of people you bring with you for drop off and pick up times to 1 per animal at the very most. It would be best to leave children home during... this time as we want to keep them safe. 3. Please be patient as wait times may be a little longer during these times. We will be limiting the number of clients in our lobby at any given time. 4. Until further notice, our vaccine/microchip clinic will be closed. Thank you all for your continued support.
