I’m torn with mixed feelings right now. I understand why the shut down needs to happen to avoid overwhelming the hospitals and the rise in COVID numbers, but I’...m disappointed in the complete shut down. It’s been very challenging for many of us. I was hoping that we would be able to remain open with a lowered capacity and strict safety measures in place, like retail stores to help us keep the business afloat. We have had shut downs and reopenings without a long term plan from our leadership, and small business owners are not getting any support. I don’t know how much longer we can keep our businesses open. We hope to see a balance with the systemwhere the government, banking and landlords work together to support our small businesses during this difficult time. Thanks to the Fox 5 News team for coming out and give us a chance to express our concerns.
