UPDATE: I'm happy to say that yesterday we received the $1000. From BLM Turlock, for the glass deductible for our window that was broken during the aftermath of a BLM march. The balance of the funds collected they posted will be used for the first ever Turlock Juneteenth Celebration, as well as future events. A BIG Thank you to everyone who donated as well as shared your concern Hello friends This is a Go Fund Me fundraiser set up by the Black Lives Matter group from ...Turlock to help cover losses from damage to two Modesto business, including ours, Crow Trading Co that happened this last Sunday 5/31, after a planned march. Although not the organizers of the Modesto March, the Turlock BLM group was involved in the March. There were a large number of PEACEFUL Marchers who wanted their voices heard (which we of course Support!!!). Those marchers were Not a part of the group who were, later in the day, violent, antagonizing the police and not dispersing. Our 13ft tall store front window was damaged by a person whose reasons I don't know. Unfortunately this resulted in a 2 foot crack that's growing daily, and our glass insurance deductible is $1000. (it's a 3K window) We truly appreciate Anything you are Comfortable donating. Any overage in funds collected will go to the Turlock BLM group to be used for future projects. Thank you for your friendship and support. Jennifer & Skip at Crow Trading in Downtown Modesto. LoVe and Peace to Allhttps://www.gofundme.com/f/turlock-black-lives-matter-movem See more

Thank you to Gallo Winery & the Gallo Family for stepping up. You are the example of Pull Together Not Apart #community #thankyou #pulltogethernotapart #modesto #favoritethings #Repost @winegirl23 E. & J. Gallo Winery... I had the opportunity to volunteer with a dedicated group of our employees as we bottled and hand applied labels for the hand sanitizer that we are producing for our local communities. I am so proud of the extended members of the Gallo Family who are working tirelessly to keep everyone’s glass half full during this time. Proud to say #iworkhere @lifeatgallo

OPEN Saturday March 7th 10am-4pm. Thank You everyone for your good wishes, concern and kind messages as to my husband Skip's health. It is so appreciated. Long story short Skip has been having issues with blood flow in his legs, and had surgery for it in January. He had a very small cut on his leg that got infected, and the leg got very angry and painful and he ended up in the hospital for 8 days. It looks like he's on his way to recovery now. Thanks again for your concern. We will be open this Saturday as well, and Skip is planning on being there. (we may still have future dates we may close for medical appts.) #thankyou #thankful #backtowork #supportsmallbusiness #goodhealth #roadtorecovery #dontsweatthesmallstuff
