New 5 Star Review: "Joey just left my house and he was great. I had a call into two of my prior "go to" company's and also called A-1. I spoke with Joey and he actually took the time to talk to me, a rare event these days. He made every effort to accommodate us in getting here before the weekend was over since I had to work on Monday. I called the other company's back and cancelled with them. I scheduled the appointment. When Joey arrived he was professional, polite and t...ook the time to talk about some potential future problems that could arise and possible fixes for that as well. The job was completed and prices was exactly as quoted. When I first called, I was impressed that I did not have to talk to an exchange when requesting service. Although I left a message for a call back, my call was returned within 15 minutes- great customer service. A-1 will be our new "go to" plumbing service!"

New 5 Star Review: "Joey and Chris came on time. They removed existing hot and cold horizontal water lines and replaced with PEX pipes. There were some difficulties so it took a little bit more time than expected but they completed it on that day, otherwise we could not use the water. Thanks for the hard work. (January 2016) In the same month, I found the water heater broken. I call the home warranty and they designated their company, but since I’m happy with A1 Super Rooter, I asked Joey and Chris to replace the water heater. There were some requirements by the home warranty. Joey talked to the home warranty and he accommodate their requirements and also my requests too. They are very experienced and professional. I highly recommend A1 Super Rooter."
