Member spotlight this week goes to @ritupreee Ritu first got introduced to CF in 2014 and was hooked ever since. She loved seeing the change in her body from doing CF and eating clean. Ritu said CrossFit helped me see that I can achieve a lot more than I ever thought I could.... Her favorite movement is back squats. She, like many of us, thinks the world coach Ron and loves how he pays personal attention to each and every member. Some fun facts about Ritu, she is a student pilot. She loves to fly, travel, hike and go scuba diving. Keep up the good work Ritu!
