I just want to take a second to recognize this great man on National Custodial Workers Recognition Day. Mark has been instrumental in helping me in keeping the gym going. It is with a humble heart and extreme gratitude that I accept this huge honor from these brave young men of the Army National Guard. I was given the shirt right off of my man Angelo’s back, along with their military challenge coin. We here at CrossFit SCM had the wonderful opportunity to work side by side with a great group of men. These same men fought alongside our firefighters to help save our homes and towns. As of Sunday September 13th 2020, bravo Company 1-185th Infantry Battalioncontributed to the overall success of containing over 86,504 acres of Santa Cruz fires. SPECIAL NEEDS PROGRAM. For sometime now, I have been trying to facilitate a program for developmentally delayed individuals. It has been one of the most challenging things to orchestrate. Please help me to spread the word via social media, word of mouth etc. please tag parents and friends that you might think will benefit from this program. With the challenges we are faced with today, I want to be accessible to those in need. I am looking for direction to help make a difference #awareness #specialolympics #makeadifference #hope
