For those of you who called out Cancel Culture with all due respect you’re fools to think those of us who care, would remain silent. Every affiliate has stories of reversing blood pressure medications, reversing insulin medications, reversing heart medications....each of which WOULD have been an at-risk person with pre-existing conditions. After months of CrossFit and proper nutrition those people are now safer and more resilient. @gavinnewsom please allow us to go back to work and continue to create safer people.

Make no mistake our country, our globe is in a battle against an unseen threat. The fear that it’s caused has frozen an economy, and brought the world to its knees. This video is a plea for our CrossFit micro-gyms to join the fight. Studies are showing over and over again that COVID19 preys on the weakest of immune systems, and those with pre-existing health conditions. Our profession is in creating healthier individuals first and foremost from the inside. Each of our facilit...ies have stories of clients defeating diabetes, ceasing heart medication, and turning their lives around. We are now being told, during one of the largest tests of human health...that we are not fit to serve our communities. This is not some cavalier approach, and we have no intention of braving a frontier for which we are not prepared. Each of our facilities is staffed with professionals trained in fitness, nutrition, and dedicated to adhering to the public health standards set forth by the CDC. We have more control over the sanitation of our facilities than any Costco, grocery store, or any other countless business cleared to open by the Governor. I ask that each of you seeing this post, repost it, and tell others to repost it. The goal is to eventually have this video reach government officials. We need to be heard and let them know our Pasadena CrossFit micro-gyms are fit and ready to join the fight.
