CFEP Community Update: Beginning tomorrow, Monday 3/16/20, all classes will be capped at 10 athletes for the time being. Be sure to reserve you spot in Wodify as there will be no exceptions to the class cap. Continue to follow us here on IG, Facebook, and watch for email updates as we continue to monitor this COVID-19 situation. If you did not receive an email update today, Sunday 3/15/20, please DM so that we can be sure you have the latest announcements in more detail.
